If you’re on the perfume side of TikTok, chances are you’ve heard this affordable perfume that’s taking over the app: the Al-Rehab Choco Musk ($8), which many have compared to Prada’s Candy perfume, which retails for $145.

The Al-Rehab Choco Musk ($8) is an aromatic, long-lasting perfume that’s blowing up on TikTok, not only for smelling delicious, but smelling just like luxurious other perfumes.

Now, before we get into what this beloved fragrance smells like, we need to talk about top notes, middle notes, and base notes. Per Eden’s Garden, top notes are the initial scents you smell in it, the middle notes are what gives it depth, and the base notes are the lingering scents of it.

With that being said, the top notes of this perfume is white musk, milk chocolate, and vanilla. The middle notes are cinnamon, rose, and sandalwood. Then, the lingering base notes are more earthy like myrrh, amber, and spice.

Now, speaking of shoppers and TikTok, they’re obsessed with it (and claim it smells just like luxury perfumes).

“I’d say it’s more chocolate and less floral than Prada Candy, but it’s VERY close,” one shopper said. “On its own, this perfume is AMAZING. Smells like chocolate chip cookies at first spray, then tapers off to more of a vanilla musk which is where it smells a lot like Prada candy. Overall I love it and it’s a quality perfume.”

A second shopper said, “If you’re looking for maybe a cheaper alternative to the Billie Eillish perfume (which is still my FAVORITE perfume) – this is the one.”

“However this is a lovely perfume with good performance…8 hours strong in 60-90% humidity,” a third shopper said. Another shopper said, “Compliments ALL day, literally smelling like dessert.
