OSBI finds remains of missing Chickasha man

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation has identified human remains belonging to a Chickasha man who went missing in August 2023.

CHICKASHA, Okla. (KFOR) — The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation has identified human remains belonging to a Chickasha man who went missing in August 2023.

According to the OSBI, Chickasha Police requested assistance after finding skeletal remains near East Choctaw Avenue and Genevieve Street on July 11. A medical examiner identified the remains as 47-year-old Richard Houston.

Houston was reportedly last seen on August 30, 2023, in Chickasha.
