Marathon Oil, EPA settle over environmental violations in North Dakota

BISMARCK, North Dakota: Marathon Oil has reached a US$241.5 million settlement with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Department of Justice for alleged air quality violations at its operations on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation in North Dakota.
