Plans to build townhouses opposite landmark pub revived after several years and no action

A move to build townhouses and flats opposite a pub has been revived more than five years after the plans were first approved.

The application to build townhouses and flats on an eyesore patch of empty land opposite the Navigation pub off in Titford Road, Oldbury, was approved by Sandwell Council in 2018.
