Fort Edward man charged with arson in domestic incident
FORT EDWARD, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Fort Edward man is facing multiple charges after police said he tried to intentionally set a fire during a domestic dispute.
Craig Olden, 43, was charged with attempted arson in the third degree, reckless endangerment in the second degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree, and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
On July 9, police were called to a Parry Street home for a domestic dispute between Olden and a woman he is familiar with. Police said Olden tried to start a fire in the house during the fight. Five other people were in the home at the time, including three children.
No one was injured. Olden was arraigned and sent to the Washington County Jail.
