Pratt & Whitney opens new customer service centre in Bengaluru

Pratt & Whitney announced a new Customer Service Centre (CSS) in Bengaluru, part of its India Capability Centre, to support 68,000 engines globally. The CSS will offer MRO support, spare part management, engine leasing, and reliability analysis. Employing over 150 experts, it aims to enhance global service and operational excellence.
