Pagasa: LPA, ‘habagat’ combine to bring rainy Wednesday to most of PH

MANILA, Philippines — Overcast skies and rain showers will prevail in most parts of the country on Wednesday due to a low-pressure area (LPA) east of Surigao del Norte and the southwest monsoon or “habagat”, according to the state weather bureau. In its early morning bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration
