Grand Theft Auto fans have spotted a hint that free Rockstar games could come to Nintendo

ROCKSTAR is known for having some of the most popular series in gaming, including Grand Theft Auto and Red Dead.

While fans on all platforms love its selection of games, Nintendo Switch fans have long felt left out.

Red Dead Redemption is included in GTA+

Not only are some of Rockstar’s most popular games, like Red Dead Redemption 2 and GTA 5, not available on Nintendo Switch, but Switch players can’t benefit from Rockstar’s subscription.

GTA+ is Rockstar’s subscription service, which offers a number of benefits to major Rockstar fans.

Most subscribers are players of GTA Online, as it gives these players a huge number of in-game items for this game every month.

There are GTA+ subscriber-exclusive items for GTA Online, as well as free vehicles and in-game cash.

However, even if you don’t play GTA Online, as a subscriber you can also access some of Rockstar’s games for free.

Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy, L.A. Noire, and the original Red Dead Redemption are all part of the subscription.

While all three games are currently available on Nintendo Switch, these versions are not part of the GTA+ subscription.

However, some eagle-eyed fans spotted that the Nintendo Switch logo appeared on these games on the official Rockstar website, but has since been deleted.

It could be that Nintendo Switch was added to these games in error, but it seems more likely that it was added early by mistake.

The clue is pointing to GTA+ benefits being available for Nintendo Switch users in the future.

Two other games are available via GTA+, Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories and Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars, but did not have the Switch logo added.
