Chelsea credits learning for changing her life as she receives special award

An adult learner who overcame a range of mental health and emotional issues has been recognised with a special award.

Chelsea Malone was selected as the overall winner of Adult Education Wolverhampton's first ever Celebration of Learning on Monday.
