AMAZON Prime Day is well underway – and among the many mattress discounts, we’ve spotted this Emma deal that’s well worth snapping up.

Emma is of course one of the UK’s best-selling sleep brands, known for its high-quality and supportive mattresses, but it doesn’t come cheap – making Prime Day one of the best times to shop.

The Premium – aka the brand’s award-winning and best-selling mattress – is a six-layer design equipped with Emma’s innovative Halo Memory Foam which promises to ‘adapt to your body shape for spinal alignment, pressure relief and body-hugging comfort.’

And you won’t break a sweat during those hot summer nights we’ve been promised, as the Point Elastic Airgocell technology is designed to enhance breathability and regulate temperature – plus the cover is removable and washable.

Once delivered, the vacuum-packed mattress unrolls and expands out, but there’s a 10-year guarantee and a risk-free 200-night trial period should anything go wrong or you change your mind.

If that wasn’t enough to convince you, there are also hundreds of rave reviews on the Amazon page alone, with shoppers noting that they’re ‘sleeping better’ and urging ‘just buy one’.

One five-star review says: ‘There are so many of these spring and memory foam mattresses out there, it’s hard to tell which one to really go for. I took a punt on this one and have never looked back.

‘Although it’s medium firm, it has the right level of softness while giving great support. I know it’s all about personal preference, but if you want a firm bed, but don’t want to feel like you are sleeping on a piece of wood, I would recommend.’

Another enthuses: ‘I am writing this review now as I have had my Emma Premium mattress for several weeks and I can honestly say this is a superb mattress.

‘After researching several other mattresses I decided to order the Emma mattress and I’m so happy I did. It’s a medium firm mattress and it has definitely improved my sleep quality and I also find I fall asleep quicker which makes me realise how bad my old mattress was,’ they add.

The discount is live until midnight tonight (Wednesday 17th July), which is when the Prime Day deals end, so you’ll have to be quick if you want to secure this price.

How to find the best home and garden deals on Prime Day

Amazon Prime Day is a great time to get a deal on some new home appliances, says Natalie Chui, commissioning editor at Sun Selects.

One of the best things about Prime Day is how many big brands are available at a discount in Amazon’s sale bonanza, so you can be sure you’re getting a premium product at a reduced price.

There are bargains to be found on big names such as Ninja, Shark, Phillips, Simba and Russell Hobbs.

And, if you want to be sure you’re getting a good deal, you can check out Amazon price tracker Camelcamelcamel, to see how the price you’re seeing compares to recent months.

Plenty of top kitchen appliances we’ve reviewed in recent months are on sale right now, such as the Philips 5400 Series Bean-to-Cup Espresso Machine, which was so good it helped me swerve shop-bought coffee.

And there are discounts to be found on great gift ideas, such as the Guinness Nitrosurge which is sure to make any lover of the Irish stout very happy.

Creating a wishlist of items is an easy way to shop the sale, as it helps you identify what you need over what seems like a good deal, but might not actually be useful to you.

You can visit Amazon’s Home & Kitchen hub here to find all the deals on and see them when they drop.

I’d recommend keeping an eye out for bundle offers, especially when it comes to household cleaning as it’s often better value for money to buy in bulk than a singular item.

Plus, be sure to read the thousands of reviews from shoppers to gauge all opinions, which is especially important for home appliances as they are built to last.

Keep this in mind when you look for kitchen utensils and cleaning tools as these are items you will be using daily, so it’s important to prioritise quality and what will work for your own space.

As someone who absolutely loves to whip up a delicious dinner and any product that speeds up household chores, here’s my wishlist for what I’m nabbing in the sale.
