ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) --  Percussionist and singer Sheila E. is set to perform at the Empire State Plaza on Wednesday with the concert starting at 5:30 p.m. Due to the anticipated bad weather, the concert has been moved inside to the Empire State Plaza Convention Center.

The Sheila E. performance is the second concert of the Summer at the Plaza Capital Concert Series. The first concert on July 10 was Reggae Night with Maxi Priest and was also moved inside due to bad weather.

Albany's own Wurliday is set to open for Sheila E. Since the concert is moved indoors, the bag policy is in effect, meaning bags must be clear and no larger than 12" by 6" by 12", small clutch bags are allowed, diaper bags are allowed for small children, and there will be no storage for bags that are not within these guidelines.

The rest of the lineup for the Summer at the Plaza Capital Concert Series includes alternative rock bands MisterWives and lovelytheband on July 24, and Hip Hop Night featuring Rob Base with Mr. Cheeks, CL Smooth, and 518 DJ Battle on July 31.
