I still haven’t been able to access the app. It doesn’t recognise my login details. I wrote to them but they didn’t reply.
I also cancelled my auto-renewal for the BluesTV annual subscription and gave that as the reason why I was cancelling - still no response.
Obviously there have been some major improvements made at the club over the last 12 months, but there is clearly work still to be done.
