Two Troy men arrested for alleged gun, drug possession
TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- Two Troy men were arrested on Wednesday, July 10, for alleged drug and gun possession by the Troy Police Department. Police said Tyeshawn Fitch, 25, and Xavier Carr, 23, were arrested during a traffic stop on 3rd Street near Monroe Street.

Police said through investigation, they uncovered that Fitch had an illegal and loaded handgun. Police added that both Fitch and Carr had cocaine and fentanyl.
Fitch and Carr were arraigned in Troy City Court, and Carr was released. Fitch was remanded to Rensselaer County Jail and released after posting bail.
