Lisa Kudrow Reveals the Big Star Who Called Her Phoebe (Her Character's Name in 'Friends') at a Party

It turns out that even celebrities sometimes have a hard time separating their favorite characters from the actors who play them!

During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Lisa Kudrow was asked how often she gets called Phoebe – the name of the character that she played on Friends.

She then proceeded to tell a silly story about the huge star who mixed her up with the iconic character while at a party.

The celebrity in question was Sandra Bullock!

“I just love this,” she said with a laugh. “I was at a party… a big party and I was talking to Sandra Bullock. That’s name-dropping, I have to, but it’s true. 8And we were talking, and she was like, ‘Well, I guess you’ll just have to talk to yourself, Phoebe,’ about something, and she called me ‘Phoebe.’”

She continued, noting that Sandra “caught herself” and joked about it.

On the topic of Friends, Lisa recently confirmed something that she really “hated” about filming the hit sitcom.
