Scheana Shay & Katie Maloney Rip Into Tom Sandoval for Lawsuit Against Ariana Madix

A few of the stars of Vanderpump Rules are reacting to Tom Sandoval‘s lawsuit against ex Ariana Madix.

Sandoval, 42, is suing Ariana, 39, for accessing the footage she found on his phone that led her to finding out that he was cheating on her with Rachel “Raquel” Leviss. He claims Ariana accessed the video on his phone without his “authorization.”

After news of the lawsuit broke online, Scheana Shay and Katie Maloney both took to social media to react and slam Sandoval.

I know you’re all waiting for me to weigh in, so here’s what I have to say,” Scheana, 39, began in a video shared on her Instagram Story on Wednesday (July 17). “Tom Sandoval, s–t thing to do after a sh-tty thing you already did. Like, what are you thinking?”

“This is not someone I want to be friends with,” Scheana said of Sandoval. “This is not who I align in my values with.”

Scheana went on to say that she now regrets trying to rekindle her friendship with Sandoval post-Scandoval.

“Call me a f–king idiot, OK? I said it at the finale, you know, ‘Don’t make me look like an idiot.’ Well, you did,” Scheana said. “So many thoughts.”

Along with calling the lawsuit “cruel” and “vile,” Scheana added, “I think it negates any remorse that you tried to show at the reunion saying Raquel was a coward, or whatever you said about her suing Ariana.”

“It’s like, y’all were together for almost a decade. You shared a mortgage, you shared bills, you shared passcodes, OK?” Scheana said. “[Ariana] knew your password. So this invasion of privacy? F–k off.”

Katie shared her thoughts in the comment section of an Instagram post about the lawsuit.

“Authorized permission..interesting choice of words pal. Anyways, you f–king suck dude,” Katie first wrote.

A fan then replied to Katie‘s comment, writing, “Wonder if he had ‘authorized permission’ to screen record the video in the first place. Riiiiight.”

Katie then responded, “No he didn’t but he did share his phones pass code with his partner at the time. Mans confused about how that bit works I guess.”

After filing the lawsuit against Ariana, Sandoval deactivated his Instagram account.
