About 50% of employers in India looking to skill workers in Gen AI by end of FY25: Survey

A recent survey by Great Learning reveals that half of organizations in India plan to upskill their employees in generative artificial intelligence (Gen AI) by the end of FY25. The study involved over 100 organisations with 10,000 to 15,000 employees, spanning various sectors. Enterprises aim to extend Gen AI training to diverse roles like HR, operations, marketing, and customer service. The focus includes foundational literacy, strategic decision-making skills, and advanced technical training across different organisational levels.
