Man caught with dozens of images of children wasted police time with false excuse

A man caught with dozens of indecent images of children on two phones claimed he was being targeted by someone sending him the images against his will.

Police experts examined Grzegorz Rys' phone further after he made his claim, Dudley Magistrates Court heard on Tuesday.
