ASK Property Fund invests Rs 190 cr in Kalpataru's Mumbai project

ASK Property Fund invested Rs 190 crore in a Mumbai real estate project by Kalpataru, a Blackstone-backed ASK Asset & Wealth Management Group entity. The project in Borivali West includes 310 units on 6 acres, totaling 6.5 lakh square feet. These funds will support acquisition and working capital needs. ASK PIA, the real estate investment arm, focuses on mid-income and affordable segments, having raised Rs 6,100 crore since 2009 from various investors.
