I ordered a cute dress from PLT – but it arrived with a nasty addition that made me want to vomit

SHE found the perfect dress on the PrettyLittleThing website, and quickly put in an order.

But when her package arrived, she was left disgusted when she spotted what appeared to be an unwelcome addition inside.

The woman took to her TikTok page to share a video documenting her discovery, as she said: “There is a f**king pair of someone else’s f**king pants in my PLT order!

“They’re not my paaants!”

As she struggled to contain her rage, she showed the outside of the package and added: “The annoying thing is that’s the size dress that I need!

“But there’s pants in there!”

She added that she would use the video as “proof for when I complain that there were pants in there”.

The fashion fan then carefully shook the contents out of the package, as she noted the knickers’ owner needed to get a “colour catcher” as the undies were “f**king rank”.

“What do I do now? Like what do I do?” she concluded.

“THERE ARE SOMEONE ELSES PANTS IN MY PLT ORDERRRRR WTFFFFFF,” she captioned her video, alongside a green vomiting emoji and another with a face mask on.

She also tagged PLT in the video comments.

But people were divided as to how they would deal with the package stowaway.

“Is it just me or I wouldn’t really care!” one wrote.

“Wash the outfit get on with it lol!”

“Wash ‘em and keep ‘em I’d say,” another said.

“Should’ve of done this because if we see you wear this dress now…” a third laughed.

But others were less than impressed, with one writing: “No – surely not!”

“That is disgustinggg,” another added.

What are my rights if this happens to me?

If you have told the company you purchased from within 14 days of receiving your goods that you want to cancel the order, you then have another 14 days to return said goods.

They then have 14 days from receiving the goods to give you a full refund.

“If items are faulty, it doesn’t matter where you bought them,” the team at Money Saving Expert added.

“You will usually be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement, depending on when you find the fault.”

Finding a pair of someone else’s underwear in the package could easily be construed as a fault in the item.

While a third tagged their friend, and joked: “You deffo have those pants!”

The dress the woman had ordered was the Pale Lime Sequin Square Neck Fishtail Maxi Dress, which is currently down from £38 to £28.50, and comes in sizes from a 4 to a 16.

The video has been watched a staggering 23,300 times since it was posted.

PLT has been contacted for comment.
