Albany man accused of public lewdness at Empire State Plaza

On July 8, around 1:30 p.m., troopers responded to Agency Building 1 at the Empire State Plaza in Albany for reports of a man exposing himself and performing a lewd act in public. Police say he fled before their arrival, which instigated an investigation.

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- An Albany man was arrested and is accused of exposing himself at Empire State Plaza. Eric Greeson, 55, was charged with public lewdness.

On July 8, around 1:30 p.m., troopers responded to Agency Building 1 at the Empire State Plaza in Albany for reports of a man exposing himself and performing a lewd act in public. Police say he fled before their arrival, which instigated an investigation.

Greeson was eventually identified as the suspect, per police. He was taken to Capital State Police for processing and was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Albany City Court on July 22 and was released.
