I’ve spent $72k on surgery including boob jobs – the perfect look takes trial & error but admirers stop me for photos
A BUXOM blonde who spent $20,000 on a boob job, going from a D to a G cup, says people now ask her for selfies in the street.
Serena Smith, 24, went under the knife for the first time in December 2016 at age 18, spending $7,500 to go from a size A to a D.
She loved her new look and decided to have more procedures, including a nose job and a Brazilian butt lift, as well as Botox and fillers on her lips, cheeks, chin, and forehead.
Now, the singer and actress — who was inspired by Hollywood icon Marilyn Monroe’s look — has had another boob job, taking her from a D cup to a G cup.
Serena had the surgery in May 2024, having her 500cc implants replaced with 1300cc implants.
The actress said she feels better about herself and divulged that people will approach her in the street for pictures.
“I feel much more confident with myself now compared to previously,” said Smith, who lives in Beverly Hills.
“My look is more reflective of the desired image of myself I have been imagining in my head.
“Achieving my desired look has given me a big confidence boost.
“As of recently being in the early stages of recovery I’ve only just started being able to show off my new assets to the world.
“The attention in public and the praise on social media has been wonderful, I’ve already been approached a few times by admirers when leaving my home for photographs.”
Serena’s cosmetic journey began in 2016 when she went for a boob job costing $7,500.
Since then she has splashed out $50,000 on procedures and will change her look every two to three years.
“I think every once in a while it is good to keep things fresh,” she said.
“Everybody changes, we don’t stay the same our whole life.
“Our bodies change as we age, different things happen and it is good to keep up with that.

“Nothing lasts forever, I had that look for around three years.
“I also think it is the trend with beauty right now — things are going more down to basics.”
In February 2023, Serena decided she wanted to go for a “more natural look” and dissolve the filler in her face — which her usual clinic did for free.
Despite wanting the “more natural” look on her face, Serena insisted she had not given up on plastic surgery.
“In regards to excessive facial fillers and injections, my goal is to keep it natural,” she said.
“I want to keep my facial proportions harmonious, especially when I look back on how alien-like my pointy chin looked.
“I do believe that finding the perfect look for yourself takes some trial and error.
“When it really comes down to it it’s all about your own personal preference — you are the one who has to look in the mirror every day.”
Smith explained why she wanted her boobs to “be bigger.”
“They need a refresh to keep them looking good,” she said.
However, she also scaled back some of the filler work she’d had in order to look more natural.
“I am trying to embrace natural beauty a little bit,” she said.
“I am not saying I am done with getting procedures or anything, but I want to embrace my natural look.
“I loved my appearance, but over time I have realized it wasn’t working for me.
“Maybe it comes with growing older, you learn to accept your beauty a little bit more.”
