Wings Over Camarillo Air Show: The event includes aerial performances, a classic car and motorcycle show, vintage and present-day military aircraft display, a STEM pavilion and a “Veterans Hangar,” 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Aug. 17-18. Brand 52 – Juried Exhibition of Works on Paper: The 52nd annual show includes 102 artworks — 1,574 artworks were entered for this year’s show, the largest number submitted, and also the largest number to be chosen to be exhibited. Ride with Josh: Rapha, a cycling clothing and accessories brand, holds its 4th annual bicycling fundraiser to find a cure, and new treatments for, diabetes, 8 a.m. July 28. Proceeds from the event go to City of Hope‘s Arthur Riggs Diabetes and Metabolism Research Institute. The fundraiser is held in memory of Josh Simms, the 19-year-old late brother of Sterling Simms (vice president of A&R at Columbia Records).
