Setting a record for the city, Apple founder Steve Jobs's widow Laurene Powell Jobs purchased a $70 million mansion in San Francisco. Previously owned by Sloan and Roger Barnett, the Pacific Heights property underwent renovations designed by architect Peter Marino.
