All Reservations purchased through the Reservation Self-Service are subject to the refund and exchange policy of the Railway Company operating the service concerned and Eurail’s ticket distribution partners.These refund and exchange policies can be found on the Exchange and refund conditions for reservations webpage.Please note, although some Reservations may be refunded and / or exchanged (subject to certain conditions), they are mostly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
