White nationalists publicly chant threats at Jews as they inch closer to Trump: report
One of the country's most infamous white nationalist activists is becoming emboldened to go after Jews — and a key group with close ties to former President Donald Trump in turn appears more emboldened to create ties to him.
According to The Intercept, when the far-right student group Turning Point USA gathered for an annual conference in Detroit, neo-Nazi figure Nick Fuentes gave a speech not too far from the event — and there was mingling of the audience between them.
Per reporter Amanda Moore, Fuentes told a crowd that included members of the Young Republicans, “Everybody’s making a hard turn for ‘F--k off Jew.’ It’s a hard right turn” — a reference to a YouTube show competing with Fuentes called "Heck Off, Commie" — to which the crowd responded with chants of “F--k off Jew, f--k off Jew.”
Fuentes tried to play it off as a joke. But it aligns with his history of Holocaust denial and admiration of Adolf Hitler, a matter that became a huge flashpoint when Trump invited Fuentes, along with Hitler-loving rapper Kanye "Ye" West, to dinner.
In previous years, TPUSA, which Trump is reportedly considering to run large portions of his campaign's ground operation, tried to steer clear of Fuentes, but they seem to be more comfortable with him now, Moore wrote.

For example, "On the first day of the TPUSA conference, Fuentes showed up knowing he would be kicked out. Wearing a red hoodie, sunglasses, and ill-fitting jeans, he led a small group of young men into the convention center. Once inside, attendees broke out in applause and chants of 'groyper, groyper,' the name Fuentes fans have given themselves. Security quickly showed up and escorted Fuentes out." But this time, unlike previous times, he made no effort to conceal his identity.
TPUSA has long faced accusations of racism, spurred by the founder, Charlie Kirk, publicly attacking Martin Luther King Jr. and the Civil Rights Act, and some of its organizers being busted saying racial slurs.
