Motorcyclist killed in hit-and-run crash

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- A motorcyclist is dead after a hit-and-run crash in South Linden Thursday afternoon.

Columbus police said the crash happened at approximately 5:30 p.m. near the intersection of Chittenden and Cleveland avenues.

The victim was hospitalized in critical condition and pronounced dead at 6:29 p.m.

There other vehicle was a Honda Fit, and the investigation is ongoing.
