McDonald’s customers are going wild for ‘absolutely delicious’ new menu item – see the full list of additions
McDonald’s new menu is here and customers really can’t get enough of one unassuming item.
The fast-food giant added a total of seven new items to its offering on July 17 – including returning favourites.
The fast-food chain has come out with some new items[/caption] Customers have been loving this one specific item the most[/caption]Among the range is the Milkybar Raspberry Ripple McFlurry and Munchies Cookie Dough McFlurry.
McDonald’s customers can also get their hands on new Cheesy Garlic Bread Dippers.
They are made of mozzarella and flavoured with garlic and chives in a ciabatta-style breadcrumb coating, served with rich tomato dip.
But one item has taken the crown as a new customer favourite.
The brand new Birthday Cake Donut has blown McDonald’s lovers away.
It is filled with strawberry-flavoured filling and topped with a buttercream-flavoured icing and sprinkles.
Users took to Facebook to express their love for the mouth-watering sweet treat.
One said: “It was absolutely delicious.”
Another commented: “It was a very nice cake.”
And: “Absolutely gorgeous. Yum Yum.”
Several users even expressed their disappointment upon trying to purchase the donut – only for it to be sold out.
“Unavailable at mine today,” one read.
Another user shared the same frustration: “None left in Swindon apparently they went like hot cakes.”
And: “Out of stock in ours.”
The Sun got an exclusive try of the four new menu items before anyone else ahead of their debut on menus.
We found the new bites to be “better than mozzarella” dippers, despite their cult status among fans who describe them as “delicious”.
Among the beloved items making their way back to menus are the Double Big Mac and the Double Big Mac with Bacon.
Fans of the McCrispy BBQ Smokehouse will once again be able to tuck into the burger.
If you want to try these additions then don’t hang around because they will only be on menus for around six weeks.
After launching earlier this year, McDonald’s has confirmed that its Chicken Sharebox will be staying on the menu.
