Washington Co. operations delayed due to outages

WASHINGTON COUNTY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The opening of Washington County Offices and Departments will be delayed until noon on Friday due to the globally reported IT systems update overnight, according to the Washington County Department of Public Safety. Authorities say that Washington County's critical operations systems are operational at this time.

Washington County's information technology and critical systems response personnel have been working throughout the night, continuing to support the technological needs of all county operations.

Authorities say Friday's regularly scheduled Board of Supervisors meeting at 10:00 a.m. will be held at that time. Employees will still report as scheduled.
