Ariana Madix Sued Again After Tom Sandoval Drops Lawsuit, She & Katie Maloney Accused of Backing Out of Business Deal

Tom Sandoval dropped his lawsuit against Ariana Madix; however, another one just popped up.

The 39-year-old Vanderpump Rules star and her close friend and business partner Katie Maloney were accused of backing out of a business deal in a new lawsuit.

If you were unaware, Ariana and Katie are co-owners of a sandwich shop called Something About Her in West Hollywood, Calif. They were sued by a chef named Penny Davidi.

ET obtained the court documents, which claim that Penny was offered 10% ownership of the shop to take over running the kitchen.

They allegedly entered the agreement in June 2023, and Penny was supposed to be paid $7,500 a month through January 2024, when her pay “would increase to $10,000 per month.”

Penny said that Ariana and Katie backed out of the deal after she “performed substantial work, engaged in substantial activity, and undertook substantial tasks” for the business.

Ariana and Katie have not yet responded to the claims.

The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles on Thursday (July 18). That same day, Tom dropped a lawsuit against Ariana. Filed earlier this week, it accused her of obtaining and distributing personal content about his relationship with Rachel Leviss off his phone without “authorization.”

Both Tom and Ariana were sued by Rachel earlier this year and accused of revenge porn.
