EDF colonel: Russia's Kronstadt naval parade canceled
The naval parade that was due to take place in the Russian city of Kronstadt on July 28, is set to be canceled for the first time in more than eight years, said Col. Ants Kiviselg, head of the Estonian Defense Forces (EDF) Intelligence Center.
