Rain likely to stay through the weekend, flood risk limited

Scattered showers and storms are working through Acadiana this Friday morning. We expect the activity to diminish through the morning hours but another round of scattered rain is likely during the afternoon hours. The severe threat and flash flooding risk remain limited for our area. The cloudy skies and rainfall will keep temperatures in the 70s to 80s.

Unfortunately, scattered storms continue throughout the weekend. Rainfall is looking more likely on Sunday compared to Saturday.
