Why is there an outrage over Joe Biden’s “I am sick” post?

US President’s social media post saying “I am sick” led to some bit of confusion before the actual reason for it became known. While some of his supporters called it innovative, others said that it was indeed sick for someone to continue with their election campaign when defeat was most uncertain.
