ICSI planning to set up three more international centres

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India is expanding its global presence with plans to open three new international centres in Hong Kong, Japan, and South Korea. With a current membership of 73,000, the goal is to reach 1.5 lakh Company Secretaries by 2047. Emphasizing on Good Governance and ESG compliance, ICSI is also adding new subjects like ESG and AI to its curriculum to adapt to changing industry needs.
