Govt lists six bills for monsoon session

During the Monsoon Session of Parliament from July 22 to August 12, six new bills will be introduced. Key legislation includes the Finance Bill, the Bhartiya Vayuyan Vidheyak 2024 to update aviation laws, and amendments to the Disaster Management Act. Additional bills aim to replace outdated laws on boilers and promote coffee and rubber industries. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present the Union Budget on July 23. The Business Advisory Committee, led by Speaker Om Birla, will finalize the session's agenda.
