USD 501 to hold auction for surplus items

TOPEKA (KSNT) - Topeka Schools USD 501 will hold an auction for various pieces of equipment including, vehicles, welding gear, trailers and more later this month.

USD 501 will be holding the surplus equipment auction at 9 a.m. on Saturday, July 27 at 125 SE 27th St.

Some items listed in the auction include, but are not limited to:

• Various vans ranging from 1986 to 2008.
• A forklift.
• A 550-gallon waste tank with trailer.
• A Kent Metal Lathe.
• Several trailers.
• Push mowers and a snow blower.
• A Southern Green Soil Aerator.
• A Rockwell band saw.
• A bench press drilling machine.
• A pipe-bending machine.
