Man arrested in Troy assault involving weapons

TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Troy Police Department is investigating an assault near 2nd Avenue between 117th Street/118th Street that reportedly involved weapons. One unidentified man was arrested.

Police say there will be a presence at the scene while they investigate, and there is no danger to the surrounding community. A court-ordered search warrant is also being executed connected to the investigation. Temporary detours are in the area.
