Level 3 'Go Now' evacuations set for Battle Mountain Complex Fire in Umatilla County

The Battle Mountain Complex Fire in Umatilla County has prompted new evacuation notices, with Level 3 "Go Now" evacuations in effect for the entire area south of FS Road 52, five miles east of Highway 395 South and down to County Line.

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – The Battle Mountain Complex Fire has prompted new evacuation notices as the wildfire continues to blacken parts of Umatilla County.

The fire reached 1,786 acres, or 2.7 square miles, with 0% containment as of early Friday afternoon, according to InciWeb.

Level 3 “Go Now” evacuations: Entire area south of FS Road 52, five miles east of Highway 395 South and down to County Line.

Level 2 “Be Set” evacuations: City of Ukiah as well as the area south of the City of Ukiah, east side of Highway 395 South for five miles and down to FS Road 52.
