U.S. stocks declined after the global tech outage shut down airports and disrupted businesses around the world. The Dow, S&P 500 and Nasdaq fell 0.9%, 0.7% and 0.8%, respectively. The Nasdaq lost 3.6% for the week while the Dow eked out a weekly gain.
