When investing on the basis of what is going to come in the budget, beware of one thing: a sector which requires constant government support has some issue because of which it is being provided support by the government in one way or the other. But there is another side: if the support is provided till the time it is required and then the sector sees a turnaround, then, when it sees a turnaround, it's more sustained because the government support changes the whole ecosystem.
