Multiple scandals that have plagued UPSC are cause of national concern: Mallikarjun Kharge

After UPSC Chairman Manoj Soni's resignation amidst controversy over trainee IAS Pooja Khedkar, Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge accused BJP-RSS of an "institutional takeover" of India's constitutional bodies, citing multiple scandals as a "national concern." Kharge called for transparency from PM Modi and Minister of Personnel, Public Grievances, and Pensions, linking unqualified individuals duping the system to the Chairperson's premature resignation. Jairam Ramesh echoed concerns, alleging damage to constitutional bodies since BJP took power in 2014.
