Tony Hudgell was cruelly abused by his birth mother and her boyfriend

Tony’s adoptive mum Paula, 56, said: “They are the lowest of the low. I mean, it’s just crazy.”

The family alerted police but was told nothing could be done as there was no video evidence.

Paula said the foundation never collected donations at the doorstep, only via its website.

His walks on new legs have raised £1.8million.

Tony, nine, of Kings Hill, Kent, has recovered from multiple fractures at six weeks old, caused by his abusive birth parents.

His birth mother Jody Simpson and her boyfriend Anthony Smith were jailed for their horrific abuse.

The incredible youngster also helped increase maximum jail terms for those who cause or allow physical harm to a child from 10 years to 14 years thanks to the introduction of Tony’s Law.
