Inside Adam Collard’s love story with Laura Woods and baby joy after failed romances with Zara McDermott & Lottie Moss
LOVE Island star Adam Collard’s love life has been a rollercoaster that’s seen him with two stints in the reality TV villa and a try on Celebs Go Dating.
Yet the star is now happily coupled up with partner Laura Woods since last October – and they’ve announced their pregnancy news on Instagram.
The former lothario and his sports presenter girlfriend shared their happy news by a posting a snap of her French bulldog and a sonogram with the caption “Hey, baby”.
Their loved up romance has been all over their social media since they began dating last year, and seen them share snaps from romantic trips away including Mexico, Amsterdam and skiing.
They began dating in October 2023 and kept a low profile, after Adam appeared on E4‘s Celebs Go Dating weeks before.
On the show he enjoyed a whirlwind fling with Kate Moss‘ sister Lottie Moss.
They broke show rules and got together while supposedly heading out on dates set up by the matchmaking agency.
However Lottie and Adam ended things after the show, and the OnlyFans star has since slammed the Love Islander.
Speaking last year after their split, Lottie made her feelings known about her former flame as she took a scathing swipe at him in a new interview.
The star revealed that she and Adam are no longer on talking terms and said: “I hope he finds happiness – deep down in that cold shell of a soul.”
She added to OK! magazine: “We had a natural attraction from the beginning, but I think it was just an attraction.”
Speaking later to The Sun, Adam revealed that why they hadn’t spoken.
He explained: “It’s one of those things, there was an element of real there, and there was an element of we had a really good excuse of seeing each other, because the TV crew were putting us in the same cars, and they were making me travel to London more.
“I had an excuse to go and see her because we were working together.”
Loved up with Laura, Adam fell hard and fast for the TNT presenter as last year he quickly called her ‘The One’.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun about his romance with Laura last year, Adam said: “The first time we met – I’ll hold my hands up – I did DM her first and got a reply but then nothing ever happened.
“Then she called us out for basically leaving her on read.
“It’s hard to meet people, isn’t it? I’m from Newcastle and eventually we met up, and then went on a very undercover date, and obviously what comes out in the press, comes out in the press, but it’s not always the full story.”
Prior to both Lottie and Laura, Adam’s first public romance was on Love Island where he was coupled up with influencer and Strictly star Zara McDermott.
The couple’s 2018 romance came after personal trainer Adam had brief flings with fellow contestants Kendall Rae-Knight and Rosie Williams, before choosing Zara.
However the romance with Zara was short lived with the couple splitting in February in 2019.
Adam also entered the Love Island villa once again for season eight of the show in 2022, which saw him couple up with paramedic Paige Thorne.
However the villa romance fizzled out quickly after the end of the series.
Since last year, Adam has only had eyes for Laura with the pair appearing to be inseparable since they went official in October.
