MANILA, Philippines – The Senate of the Philippines under the Marcos administration opens its third regular session of the 19th Congress on Monday, July 22.

This will be followed by the third State of the Nation Address (SONA) of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. in the afternoon, which will be attended by lawmakers from the Senate and the House of Representatives.
