Prizor Viztech shares list at 90% premium on NSE SME platform

Prizor Viztech debuted on the NSE SME platform with a 90% premium, opening at Rs 165.3 compared to its issue price of Rs 87 per share. Prior to listing, the stock traded at a Rs 105 premium in the unlisted market. The IPO, consisting solely of fresh equity, was oversubscribed 219 times, largely due to strong retail investor interest. Proceeds will fund capital and working capital needs, and general corporate purposes.
