Toni Garrn has a new man in her life!

The 32-year-old model was seen holding hands with new boyfriend Joshua Phitoussi while taking a dip in the water on Saturday (July 20) at the beach in St. Tropez, France.

Toni wore a mis-matched bikini while Joshua went shirtless in a pair of black swim trunks.

Joshua is the managing partner of TO VC, a company that supports teams building earth’s most vital ventures. The firm invests in companies developing food systems, energy systems, and carbon removal technologies.

The sighting comes just over a year after Toni announced her divorce from actor Alex Pettyfer following two years of marriage. The couple, who are parents to three-year-old daughter Luca, were together for about four years total.
