British man found dead in ‘blood-soaked’ room after ‘violent death’

The body was found at Ventanicas beach, a Spanish beauty spot.

Police are investigating the ‘violent death’ of a British man in Spain.

The 35-year-old’s body was found in the holiday resort of Mojacar north of Almeria.

The alarm was raised around 11pm tonight after the grim discovery near Ventanicas beach, a wide sandy beach described as ‘beautiful’ by many visitors on sties like Tripadvisor.

Blood is said to have been found on the wall and floor of the unidentified spot where he was found.

The unnamed Brit’s body is believed to have lain undiscovered for several hours.
