Special court convicts former APSC chairman and 31 others in cash-for-jobs case

Former Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) chairman Rakesh Kumar Paul and 31 others were found guilty by a special court on Monday in a cash-for-jobs case involving the appointment of agricultural development officers (ADO) in Assam.
