Enough material on record to proceed against accused in Salman Khan house firing case, says court

A Mumbai court, led by Judge B D Shelke, found prima facie evidence against six accused for the April 14 shooting at Salman Khan's residence. The chargesheet cited sections 307, 34, 120B, MCOC Act, and Arms Act. Thapan committed suicide in custody. Two motorcycle-borne men fired five rounds.
