Oklahoma man charged after deadly shooting

A deadly fight near Wilshire and Sooner almost two weeks ago is still under investigation and one person has been charged.

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — A deadly fight near Wilshire and Sooner almost two weeks ago is still under investigation and one person has been charged.

Police say Dustin Giles faces a murder charge in connection with the case.

Police say several people ran from the scene before coming back and that is when shots were fired and Kenny Battle was killed.

Originally four people were arrested but Giles is the only one facing a murder charge.

His bond is set at $10 million dollars.
