RBI bounty used for managing fiscal deficit and funding growth

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) dividend has been used to manage the fiscal deficit and developmental projects in India. The dividend created fiscal space of 0.4% of GDP, which was increased by 0.2% of GDP to support agriculture, employment creation, and state governments. The remaining fiscal space was used to reduce the fiscal deficit by 0.2% of GDP to 4.9% of GDP.
